Visit of H.E. to St George Chlorakas

Sunday January 7, 2024, The Maronite Archbishop of Cyprus, H.E. Msgr. Selim Sfeir, celebrated the holy liturgy with the Maronite community in Saint Georges Church, Chlorakas - Paphos.
He was assisted by the parish priest, Father Youakim Chihane, Father Antoine Roukos and the Deacon Elias Liatsos.

Epiphany 2024

Saturday, January 6, 2024, The Maronite Archbishop, H.E. Msgr. Selim Sfeir, visited Assomatos and Karpasha and celebrated with the faithful the liturgy of the feast and was assisted by the Priest serving both parishes Father Alain Boulos and by Father Paolo Nicholson and the Deacon Elias Liatsos.
In Karpasha, a gathering was held in the club where gifts were distributed by Mr. Iosif Kokkinos to the children of the village.

H.E. Archbishop Salvatore Pennacchio at Kormakitis Center for Cooperation

On December 26, 2023, The Kormakitis Center of Cooperation welcomed the President of the Diplomatic Academy of the Vatican H.E. Archbishop Salvatore Pennacchio at the facilities of the Center in Kormakitis. An extremely important and honorable visit with multiple messages. H.E. Pennacchio was accompanied by H.E. the Maronite Archbishop of Cyprus, Msgr. Selim Sfeir and the Vatican's Chargé d'Affaires in Cyprus H.E. Msgr. Mauro Lalli. The delegation was welcoed by The Maronite representative at the Parliament Mr. Yannakis Moussas and the Center's director Mr. Antonis Skoullos.

CHRISTMAS IS TWINKLING AT OUR LADY OF GRACES – NICOSIA

At Our Lady of Graces, an impressive Christmas concert was held by the newly founded Armonia choir with the participation of the Cathedral and Kormakitis choirs conducted by Rania Najjar.
The event was attended by the Maronite Archbishop of cyprus, H.E. Msgr. Selim Sfeir, the Apostolic Nuncio, H.E. Msgr. Mario Lalli, The Vicar of the Latin Patriarch, Msgr. Bruno Varriano, the Representative of the Maronites in the Parliament Mr. Giannakis Moussa and the Ambassador of Lebanon and Rector of the Diplomatic Corps Claude Al Hajal as well as many faithful.
